POST 8: English Language Challenges

At first, I considered the subject to be a weight considering the main subjects of the journalism network, but with the passing of the classes I started to enjoy the times I could get in, mainly for two reasons, which is that I never had good English classes at school, so progress had to be completely individual. On the other hand, the teacher is a good person, understanding and always looks out for the good of the students.

The activities of the blog seemed very entertaining to me, as I could delve deeper and even give myself the time to describe my tastes and opinions that maybe I have been bringing since childhood and that now that I have grown up I give them a stronger meaning and appreciation.

I think that there are many aspects of my English that I need to improve, perhaps more in writing, conjugations of verbs, tenses, etc. , than in speaking, although I still need to strengthen the pronunciation of certain words, I hope that by watching TV series, movies in English and reviewing in the summer, I will be able to enhance my virtues and try to improve my shortcomings.

I use my English not very often in my daily life, putting it into practice rather when listening to music, watching series and reading articles in that language for work. But, with my best friend we still aim to get a British accent, because since we watched the show “Lucifer” and specifically as the actor Tom Ellis spoke, that ambition was born in us.

Thank you for your commitment and good vibes during all classes of the semester, teacher:).
